The Cooltube reflector was launched in 1996 by Prima Klima. It was based on the Coolshade
from England which was modified and improved accordingly. After a short time, the
Cooltube almost identically imported in mass quantities from China, without achieving the same quality. The Prima Klima
Cooltube essentially consists of a BSG glass tube with high light transmission. The flanges
made of heat-resistant and impact-resistant nylon decouple the air hose from the heat of the lamp
and at the same time serve as a holder for the reflector sheets made of environmentally friendly coated aluminum
(PVD). The external reflectors can be easily adjusted to adapt the illumination to the spatial
requirements. (By removing the reflectors, the Cooltube can also be used in 360°
mode.) The tunnel cooling effect allows Cooltubes to be placed closer to the plants to be illuminated.
which makes much better use of the light output. With the help of the integrated eyelets
The Cooltubes can be easily attached. The high-quality, ceramic E40 socket is for HPS
and MH lamps. A high-quality cable gland secures the connection cable
